Jean-Baptiste Tard, art director

JEAN-BAPTISTE TARD has a great deal of experience in his field and has on the production teams of more than 40 films and television series.

TARD started out in the art department and worked his way up to becoming an art director -- he has been both a set decorator and a production designer.

As an art director he worked on Un zoo la nuit (1987), Le Party (1990), L'Enfant d'eau (1995) and on 15 février 1839 (2001), for which he received a Jutra nomination. As a production designer his credits include Octobre (1994), Savage Messiah (2002) and now Nouvelle-France (2004).
